National incentive programs

The Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Project offers funding to support the installation of Level 2 and fast charging stations. The Program will pay up to 50% of the total project costs to a maximum of $50,000 per charging unit and up $5 million per project.

Condos, Apartments and Workplaces

CleanBC – This program provides a rebate of up to 75% off, up to $5,000 per charger for Level 2 charging stations.  Click here for more information.

EV Fleets 

CleanBC – Go Electric Fleets Program provides a rebate of 75% off, up to $4,000 per charger for Level 2 charging stations.  Click here for more information.

Public DC Fast Chargers

CleanBC – Go Electric Public Charger Program provides up to $130,000 (up to 50% of your total project costs) per DCFC with output of 20kW or greater. Click here for more information.

Workplace charging

EV Charger and E-Bike (ECEB) provides a rebate of 50% off, up to $2,000 per charger for Level 2 charging stations in workplaces in the city of Edmonton.

 

Multi-unit residential buildings charging

EV Charger and E-Bike (ECEB) provides a rebate of 50% off, up to $2,000 per charger for Level 2 charging stations in multi-unit residential buildings in the city of Edmonton.

New Brunswick

PLUG-IN NB CHARGING REBATES FOR BUSINESS

 

June 28, 2022: We have closed registrations for Plug-In NB Charging Rebates for Business in order to process registrations received and allocate the remaining funding. If additional funding becomes available, registration may reopen. Thank you for your interest.

Rebates for commercial charging stations are available to New Brunswick businesses, organizations and communities.

Funding for the program is provided through Natural Resources Canada’s Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP). The objective of the program is to increase the availability of charging stations where New Brunswickers live, work and play.
