AddÉnergie honored to win a third consecutive call for tenders by Hydro-Québec on behalf of Electric Circuit
AddÉnergie has been selected to provide charging solutions to Electric Circuit for the next four years as of April 2016. This major tender will result in the addition of nearly 1,500 240V public charging stations throughout the province of Quebec.
“AddÉnergie is honoured to continue to make a significant contribution to the electrification of transport in Québec by expanding the number of charging points offered by Electric Circuit,” said Louis Tremblay, President and CEO of AddÉnergie. “This four-year contract confirms our sector leadership in both technology and customer service and gives us a hand in shaping the future of transport in the province.
Quebec continues to make plug-in electric vehicles a priority with infrastructure investment projects such as Electric Circuit, the largest public charging network in the province. The network has more than 600 public charging stations, including 30 fast terminals deployed in 16 regions.
“We welcome the vision and leadership of Hydro-Québec and the City of Montreal, both tireless partners in developing a high quality charging network that is robust and accessible,” said Tremblay.. “Winning this tender sustains our momentum and deepens the excellent business relationship we’ve built with the various stakeholders at Hydro-Québec.
Tremblay says the announcement confirms the attention AddÉnergie pays to its customer service, the quality and robustness of its solutions, and the intelligence of the technologies being developed by the company, which are all key to its ability to sustain rapid growth as it extends its solution throughout Canada and globally.
