How does FLO define uptime?

Charging station uptime measures the time during which a charging station is in-use or available for use. It is expressed as a percentage and is typically calculated as a 12-month rolling average.

((Number of hours in the period x number of included stations) – (Sum of Outage Time* – Sum of Excluded Time*))  /  (Number of hours in the period x number of included stations)

What's the difference between Basic and Extended warranty?

FLO’s basic and extended warranties offer the exact same coverage.  The only difference is that the extended warranty option increases the term length if you want more than the standard 2 year coverage.
