FLO Names Philippe Bonin to Board; Looks to Further Company Growth in North America 

QUEBEC CITY —  FLO, a leading North American electric vehicle (EV) charging company and a smart charging solutions provider, named Philippe Bonin, Chief Financial Officer at Talent.com, to its Board of Directors.  

“Philippe is a strategic leader with extensive experience in finance, network build-out and operations in both Canada and the U.S.” said Louis Tremblay, FLO President and CEO. “We welcome him to FLO and look forward to leveraging his experience in capital allocation and insights on long term value creation at this pivotal time of growth for both FLO and the EV charging industry.”  

Prior to joining Talent.com, Bonin served as Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Corporate Development with Cogeco Inc., a leading telecommunications provider with operations in Canada and the U.S. He also held senior finance leadership positions with companies in various industries and worked in the field of investment with the private equity group of Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec. Bonin was the Financial Reporting Manager at Telesystem International Wireless Inc. and started his career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young.
