FLO is issuing a service notice regarding a limited number of FLO Home X3, X6, or X8 charging stations. According to our records, you have a station that may be affected by this notice. Enter the serial number of your FLO Home station in the window below. The serial number is located on the left side of the station; it consists of seven characters beginning with H1 following the "S/N" mention on the white label.

If your station is part of the list, click "Contact Us" and complete the form that follows.

If your station is not listed, it is not included in the scope of this notice, and you do not need to take any action.

If you have already arranged for an intervention with your electrician, whether or not it is related to the service notice, there is no need to contact us.
