Eversource – Commercial EV Charging Rebates

Eversource electric service customers in Connecticut can receive a rebate for the purchase and installation of EV charging stations at facilities including workplace, light-duty fleets, public charging, and multifamily properties. You can receive up to 50% of EVSE costs (Level 2 and/or DCFC) and up to 100% of make-ready costs.

National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program

The NEVI Formula Program allocates $5 billion in funding to states to deploy DC fast charging stations along designated alternative fuel corridors nationwide.

Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit

Tax Credit Visit Website

Qualifying businesses can receive a 30% tax credit, up to $100,000 per charging station, for the purchase and installation of EV charging infrastructure.

United Illuminating – Commercial DCFC and Level 2 Make Ready and Rebate Program

EVSE Rebate Visit Website

United Illuminating offers funding of up to 100% of eligible make-ready installation costs, and 50% of EVSE equipment in New Haven and Bridgeport.

Eversource – Electric Vehicle Charging Program

Eversource offers a $500 rebate for a Level 2 EV charger installed in a single-family residence. $500 is also available for installation/wiring

Norwich Public Utilities – Electric Vehicle Rebates

EVSE Rebate Visit Website

Offered in the City of Norwich. Funding is available for Level 2 Chargers installed in MUD (4+ units), commercial or public locations and offers up to $4,000, not to exceed the cost of the station.

Groton Utilities – Electric Vehicle Rebate Program

EVSE Rebate Visit Website

Offered by Groton Utilities in Southeastern Connecticut. Funding is available for Level 2 chargers and offers $600 for an approved Level 2 charging station.
