National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program

The NEVI Formula Program allocates $5 billion in funding to states to deploy DC fast charging stations along designated alternative fuel corridors nationwide.

Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit

Tax Credit Visit Website

Qualifying businesses can receive a 30% tax credit, up to $100,000 per charging station, for the purchase and installation of EV charging infrastructure.

Tillamook PUD – EV Charger Rebate (Commercial)

Residents of Tillamook County can apply for a $500 rebate ($1,000 for a multiple port charger) for Level 2 chargers installed. 

Portland General Electric (Commercial Program)

EVSE Rebate Visit Website

PGE offers a rebate for level 2 EV charging stations of up to $1,000 per port, or up to $2,300 per port for income-eligible multifamily properties.

ODOT’s Community Charging Rebates Program

Oregon Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) Community Charging Rebates program support the installation of Level 2 EV charging stations at strategic locations, particularly public parking sites and multi-family housing.

Tillamook PUD – EV Charger Rebate

is offered by the Tillamook PUD in Tillamook County. Funding is available for Level 2 charger (residential or commercial) and offers: $250 for residential settings and $500 for commercial ($1,000 for a multiple port charger) installations.

Pacific Power – EV Charger Rebate Program

Offered by the Pacific Power in its coverage area. Funding is available for Level 2 installed in businesses or multifamily residential buildings and can offer up to $1,000 (businesses) or $3,000 (multi-family) per port. Funding not to exceed 75% of total costs.

Monmouth Power & Light – EV charging station rebate

Rebate of $250 per service location. Charging station must be installed in Monmouth Power & Light service territory. EV charger must be a Level 2 (240V) and purchased new.

City of Ashland – Commercial Charging Incentive

EVSE Rebate Visit Website

Offered in the City of Ashland. Funding is available for level 2 chargers installed in commercial locations and offers up to per charger, depending on the number of stations deployed.
